2.3 Location Information (With Permission)
If you grant permission, we may collect precise location (GPS) or approximate location (network-based), depending on your device settings and your choices.
You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings. If you revoke permission, the Service may still function but location-based features will be limited.
2.4 Photos and Face-Related Information
Kivozara is designed as a style journal where you may add photos of accessory combinations.
- We do not perform face recognition.
- We do not create or use biometric identifiers or biometric templates.
- We do not use your photos for advertising or marketing.
- We do not use your photos to train our models for generalized training purposes.
If optional one-time server-based generation/processing is provided, uploaded photos/text are processed on our own servers only, are not shared with any third party, and are deleted immediately after processing is complete. You remain in control of whether to upload content and whether to generate any output.
2.5 Cookies, Web Beacons, and Similar Technologies
If you access a website or web-based components of the Service (including embedded web views), we may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure basic performance and reliability.
You can typically control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features may not function properly.
3) How We Use Information
We use information to provide and maintain the Service, personalize your experience, improve reliability and performance, ensure security and prevent abuse, respond to customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

8) Data Retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active.
- After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days (unless required for legal/security reasons).
- Usage statistics: retained up to 12 months.
- Customer support content: retained up to 6 months after resolution (or longer if needed).
- Optional one-time server processing content: deleted immediately after processing completes.
9) Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/oppose processing, and withdraw consent. To request, email us. We will respond within 5 business days.
10) Children and Age Limits
The Service is intended for users 17+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 17. If you believe this has occurred, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
